Its All About Love: Inner Reflections

Inner Reflections was inspired by guided meditations presented in Dr. Schaeffer's workshops and by her work with individuals committed to living a life of wellness. Each meditation will take the listener into a deep state of relaxation via deep breathing, guided imagry and music from SoulFood Music. Once there, you will remember how to listen to your body and heart for maximum health and guidance to a better life. The meditations include excerpts from Love’s Way: The Union of Body, Ego, Soul and Spirit. Several minutes of music will follow each meditation to ease your transition. Each meditation can stand on its own, or can be used together.
