Return Policy: All Sales Final. Damaged goods may be returned withint 30 days of purchase.

Retreats: All cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the start of the event.  There will be a $100 processing fee on all cancellations.  No refund on cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event.  For cancellations less than 14 days or no shows, we will issue a credit for a future event (minus the $100 processing fee).

International Orders: $10 shipping & handling will be added to our standard rates.  $5.00 for Canada.

Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives.  All duties, fees and additional taxes charged by customs are the customer's responsibility. Soulfood is not responsible for any of these fees.
